By using Ohene or signing up for the waitlist, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The app

Ohene is a personal memory and AI assistant application for iOS, developed by Talka Technologies. It is provided as a subscription service billed through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions and billing

Ohene offers three subscription plans: Weekly ($3.99), Monthly ($9.99), and Annual ($79.99). Annual plans include a 7-day free trial. All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Talka Technologies does not store or process payment details.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy.

Your content

Everything you capture in Ohene belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your memories, notes, or any content you create. Because Ohene is local-first, your data stays on your device and is not accessible to Talka Technologies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Ohene or attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the application. Ohene is for personal use only.

Availability

We aim to keep Ohene running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change with app updates. We will notify users of significant changes.

Limitation of liability

Ohene and Talka Technologies are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. The app is provided as-is.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Talka Technologies operates.
